Well the plans include a car park, I'm guessing that solves it!

One came to work... I'm sorely tempted to send it back with 'why do you make such bland beer?' written in the comments.
Ah, didn't realise it was the pubs problem to solve commuter parking. Why don't they just put yellow lines down that whole road? Of course, then the buggers would be driving round your estate trying to find somewhere to park but at least they solved the immediate problem
Out of interest, what is the problem? I know I ride a motorbike so it doesn't really affect me, but that road looks wider than many streets in Stafford where people park outside houses on both sides.

Eh?!?!? Where did I say it was their problem to solve?
Where did I say it was even a problem?!? In fact if you look back at my original post on the subject I put "parking problems" in " " on purpose as I was quoting them saying it and I didn't actually believe myself that there is a problem...
How to spectacularly put words into people's mouth... much!
The pub will soon solve the problem of commuters parking on it, have a lockable gate
