It is nice....whilst were asking, would anyone like to buy my ex-council house complete with annoying neighbours, random cracks, a lumpy garden, a back boiler thats probably older than me and a mortgage that probably outweighs what the stupid thing is worth? Also, why is it that by the time you dont need a bigger house, you can afford one?

I'll swop you, neighbours are 100% wonderful, never make a *noise/have a row/slam doors/have callers who bang on the wrong door at 7am on your day off *delete as appropriate.
The lovely Mr Andreas Rex is just a few doors up the road - He really is a lovely friendly happy bloke.
The bods coming out of Sainsburys late at night don't flash their headlights at your windows just because they can. And folk don't drop litter out the front of the houses, because we have umpteen wheeliebins along the road and 2 council bins at either end of the railings. As for the house, it's slightly bigger than the new shoe boxes that are being built on the St.Georges site. Combi boiler were put in a year ago and has now gone tits up, which reminds me I need to get in touch with the Forums lovely Rikki. (He didn't fit it btw)

Youre right John, I know I should be thankful for having a roof over my head during this horrible economic time, just cant help hating both the house and where I live at the moment. Glam, I shall give you an extra flash next time I leave Sainsburys ;)

House was AMAZING!

Thoroughly unimpressed by James Du Pavey, girl who showed us round knew NOTHING about the property and spent the 45 mins we were there speculating on the sellers sexual orientation - very very inappropriate.
