The neighbours where we used to live, understood about sheds. One of them had a new shed and we held a glorious party with hats and sparklers.
I fear we (yes, i have a glorious shed too) are only making poor PeterD more depressed by our shedy outpourings.

A point of order however/though...

If i have understooded correctly, personal circumstances notwithstanding, our own peggy off of this ere forum has spent this very day recreating a Christmas Day that she didn't actually have on the day itself. What with the whole understanding of the circumstances under which this happened, sort of thing, would it not be the case that recreating Xmas day on the 30th Jan doesn't, in the strictest sense of the word, qualify as 'mundane' in any way?

Would it not be considered to be actually a pretty awesome fact about your day?

Anything you want to share, big or small, monumental or insignificant, feel free to post here.

As I said in my thread starting post.... facts can be mundane or monumental.

The wind blew my hat of this morning as I brought the bin back in.
I caught it up outside my front door so that was nice.

We have a shed and a playhouse, left by previous owner. I keep my collection of unusual shaped spider webs in there, along with various boxes of all shapes and sizes. Somewhere in there, is a lawnmower and various gardening tools.

My blue bin paper box has sunk to the bottom of the main . Operative handling/chipped lips to blame

I console myself with toasted Warburtons seeded and Heinz tomato soup with added pepper
