Yesterday i was incredibly tired - more tired than i had been since the last time i was that tired, but i was too tired to work out when that was.

Today i am feeling less tired. Morning all.

Yesterday I didn't get out of bed! Was completely flattened, for want of a better word. Today I feel a bit better, but not amazingly so. My partner has been like this for a week :(

Today so far, my little car has started making a horrid grinding noise, my 2 cats have hidden themselves upstairs somewhere (they not allowed upstairs) and I've chucked compost all over the kitchen....

However, the scrap man's been past twice, playing the Steptoe & son music, which made me laugh :)

On Saturday I spent the day baking cake pops and decorating them for a party (I discovered you can get sprayable buttercream icing) then yesterday I spent the morning teaching/playing with my friend's new puppy, and the afternoon driving model trains.

Been craving for Jelly Babies all day since I saw them advertised on a Co-op leaflet. Just made a total pig of myself........

Walked up specially to buy a big bag of Jelly Babies (not as big as I remember them years ago though :( ), got the bag open before I got outside the shop and scoffed the lot walking the 5 minutes back home.

Diet starts again tomorrow :D

Today I had an afternoon nap at 10.am.
I shall possibly go to bed at 9.pm to make up the time.

So far today I have eaten 767 calories.

With the remaining 900, I will have dinner, ice cream and wine. Best diet ever.

Since Friday I have eaten a chicken crispbake type thing and 4 slices of pizza, best diet I've ever known is a decent illness!

I put new laces in my work shoes today. £1.20 from ASDA. Was going to just replace the dodgy one and keep the other new one as a spare but it just didn't look right.

My fitness pal?

I spent an interesting night last night at a&e with a small child that had a horrific rash....

By the time we got to triage (1hr in) the rash was only half as bad as when we got there......but despite asking to go home, they wouldn't let us :(

After a further 3 hours waiting to see a doctor, guess what.......blooming rash had gone!

Outcome: child is allergic to something, but we don't know what - next time must remember to wait an hour after giving said child allergy medicine and so avoid wasting a&e staffs time :(

Wouldn't it have been quicker to use the doctor's out of hours service?

Had an evening outpatients appointment last Friday. Arrived 25 mins early and was weighed and in front of the consultant 15 mins prior to my appointment time.
Not sure whether that's down to the efficiency of the system or just that people would rather have the morning / afternoon / day off work to visit the hospital than take advantage of the worker friendly out of hours system.
