lost rabbit

Thank you kind strangers, you have found Bounty.

He belongs to my family and escaped from the Vicarage a week ago. He roams freely in an enclosed garden, but somehow found a way out. He escaped a few weeks ago and found his way back home. I thought I secured his escape route, obviously I was wrong. I'm thinking of re-naming him Houdini!

I have contacted the vets and I am collecting him this afternoon.

A BIG thank you to my neighbour, who spotted this post and alerted me. And thank you tek-monkey for creating the post in the first place. You have all made a five-year-old girl very happy indeed.

Ahhh great news. Can we have a photo of the naughty (and rather lucky) Bunny

With pleasure...

He ran straight to his favourite spot, then headed back to his burrow (at the back of my secured garden) to get some shut eye. It's been a long week for the little guy, but Bounty is home where he belongs.
My 5 1/2 year old asked me to thank you all once again.

I'm so pleased and particularly because this bunny is going back to a home where he is loved and given plenty of space.

I hate to see rabbits stuck in a miserable life in hutches and was watching this thread, half hoping that the rabbit wasn't caught.

It's brilliant news that he's safe and going back to somewhere lovely. I hope that Bounty and his five-year-old owner enjoy a happy reunion and lots more years together.

A few posts under my belt
I know who the owner is or was.

She let's her rabbits run lose around the house so that's how they escaped.
