It is already difficult to access the town centre by car and depressing on arrival. If shops start banning people for being odd, there will be nobody left.

politely encouraged to be out of the shop rather than actual ban.
I saw him about an hour ago along beaconside, he was walking along ok, then when he has people in view he starts with the tai chi street style. it's like he wants to be looked at, but starts it to look as tho he's doing his own thing.

I might of seen him this morning on the crossing by Neros.

About 30ish, slim, 6ft tall, Sandy hair, wearing a black tracksuit with a Sun on the back...

He was going what looked like a cross between karate & traffic directions, infused with some spins & backsteps. He stopped infront of my car, looked directly at me & did some funky moves.

I locked my car doors!

Shortly before 8am every weekday there is a man who waves at everybody on Tithe Barn Road, just down from the Prospect Road shops. I feel disappointed if I don't see him waving at me in the morning.
It's not him.

Right, I've just had a nice chat with Anthony, as I now know him to be, and I don't think there's anything to be particularly worried about. It's a sort of combination between his spiritual beliefs and a pain management/exercise technique.

Do you know his last name? If so, does it begin with a 'T' by any chance?

We didn't get that far - next time, maybe. He might be a little older than people think, though - from what else he told me, he must be at least 5o.

See him walking down Sandon road. Towards beconside clinic. He usually wears all white and walks with his arms out.

I don't think this is the same bloke as I see, he always seems to wear a black shell suit with random wires coming out of the back.....?

Bit late to comment on this I know, but I wouldn't worry about somebody who's probably no more than quite eccentric. There's a bloke in Adelaide, Australia, who wanders around the main shopping area dressed in a body stocking, usually purple, tutu and wellies, quite a striking look for a black guy well over six feet tall. Smiles indulgently at everyone, is a local landmark and is well-loved.

We're too ready these days, IMO, to see danger in what is no more than human variety. Let the eccentric be, say I. Unless, of course, they actually are frightening the horses.

Well, I saw Anthony, for the first time in a while, this morning, but, as he was directing traffic outside the Rangers, and I was the traffic, we were unable to converse much, beyond hand signals.

Last time i saw Anthony, he told me the Masons were plotting to kill us all, that they had ordered the killing of Princess Diana, the list goes on. A few years ago Anthony was not to be messed with , a bit of a bad lad, seems to have mellowed with age ??
