Good luck from me as well TCRL !

Just had Heinz tomato soup for breakfast.

Bit p1ssed off that the lovely throw/blankety thing that I put on top of my Asda pull-along trolley yesterday wasn't in the bag when I unpacked it. Wasn't on the receipt either, so must have fallen off before I reached the tills . :(

Been grappling with a 'Bed in a bag' , which ballooned up when taken out to check , to get it back in the tiny bag again.

Don't know where to start on the pile of uni stuff filling the house .
Wondering how many journeys up and down the motorway my little mini will have to make to get all this stuff there! Need to condense it down somehow ........ :hmm:

Thanks guys! It's on the 9th of September so I have adequate time to get far to excited about it!
Its only a christmas temp job I'll be doing alongside my current soul destroying full time employment!
But you never know! May open some doors - and if not it'll be great to meet some new people!
AND I would get staff discount which would pretty much pay for itself!

wanna see my snake?
Maybe they are the ones trying to gain entry into TCRLs house?

Just had word that my parents have had to rush my bunny to the vets - looks like the flies have managed to get through our hutch defenses :(

Waiting on word from the vets to see how things go - bit upset about it, she's been with me for a long time and helped me through some tough times :(

Sorry to hear that mate :(
Our remaining one pretty much lives inside nowadays, tends to sleep on the windowsill in the conservatory.

Ah ha! I have tea! AND my new kettle is purple so boo-yarr!!!
My daughter in law is mad keen on purple. She dragged my Precious out 1 evening, they bought kettle, toaster, bin and god knows what else, all in purple. She even had a Cadburys purple dress when she was her best friends bridesmaid earlier in the year.

We would get on famously!
I am obsessed!
I had purple hair for many years (until it threatened to all fall out through over dying...)
But pretty much everything I own is purple...

They moved out of here a few weeks ago (yayyyyy)
First thing they did was paint the middle room of the house in deep purple and lilac. With matching curtains etc. Majority of d-i-ls clothes are purple too. She hasn't gone so far as to dye her hair tho -yet ;)

Thanks @tek-monkey and @littleme - good news, she's back at home (she lives with my parents these days as my new flat is too small) with some antibiotics.

She's not out of the woods yet, but she's very lively, is eating well, and nearly drowned all the vet nurses when they tried to give her a bath to clean the wounds earlier, so all in all I'd say she's feeling pretty much normal :)

Guess we'll have to see what tomorrow brings
