How good is the waterproofing in the M&S car park ?, given that the water table round there is rather high, or will staffords sub-aqua car park be a new feature.

I hear The Tavern and the RBS have been brought by developers who work in restaurants so it looks like there's be even more choice in chain restaurants soon.

I assume RBS would be moving elsewhere.

Any idea what's planned for the Capital Appliance unit?

I'm still not telling what sort of restaurant it is going to be though!
