The style of the cooking is certainly more than passably Italian. Though of course to be authentically Italian it would have to actually be located in Italy. Making popping out for a quick pizza somewhat out of the question for a resident of Stafford.
Whichever way you want to cut it though, it's miles better than chain crap like Bella Pasta.

I guess born of, born in, grew up in, has less relevance than the actual food.
I'm fairly sure we have an Authentic Vietnamese restaurant, going on that theory.

Depends on planning/license, but if you can build 7 rugby pitches on the marshes I can't imagine a pub in town having any issues!

I shall amend it to clarify that position - It does fall outside of the 'Stafford Triangle' so we'll see.
