That sums him up ... I was reading how he called someone into his office and emptied a load of cash on his desk and then told the person that was how much money he had lost him and then fired him. I would have grabbed the cash and run ....

I don't think we need to worry about Philip Green, or any of his accomplices, they will come out of this in a better position than anybody else involved.

As long as he pays some of the cash back because he has obviously stripped the company.

One has to suspect that he will suffer less than if he'd been a lad caught nicking a pair of underpants from a BHS store.
He'll have had an army of lawyers and accountants to make sure everything he did was legal and will not suffer one little bit in the long, medium or short term.

Using the word 'growth' is rather an insult to nature, especially on a finite planet.

It implies some sort of permanent establishment; if growth has weakened, someone else's debt has strengthened, hopefully one day someone in the media will define when the 'economy has recovered'.
