Had a group of about 20 - 25 cyclists riding at about 10 mph, three abreast on the uphill coming out of Chirk on Sunday, traffic backed up as far as I could see in my mirrors. Just enough oncoming traffic to make passing impossible.
Grrrr!
Mind you, the posts elsewhere about mal-adjusted winscreen washer nozzles has given me an idea!
Saw the nutty Stone Road cyclist this morning, coming from Greyfriars direction to go up Stone Road, went as slowly as he possibly could across the traffic waiting to come out of Eccy road whilst gurning at the drivers. Just trying to provoke a reaction I suppose from previous posts.
Not only a total waste of money but also the resultant narrowing of the A5 along part of the route has made that very busy road even more dangerous.
Shh. I've got away with it for decades.Pretending to do a job is a valued skill these days.
No specific incident, just every f***ing day.... lycra terrorists cycling two abreast on the A519 including on the other side of blind bends. One of these days I'm going to accidentally take them out and I won't be even the slightest be sorry.
Saw a kid shoot across the road near the college right in front of a car that slammed on his brakes and beeped his horn. The kid then turned and made what can only be seen as a "Whats your effin problem?" gesture at the driver. Now as a cyclist I hate the way some cars treat us, but I think he needed some sense driving into him.
The highway code clearly states that is legal, why are you going round blind bends on the wrong side of the road?
Probably smashed out of his bonce.....

- never ride more than two abreast, and ride in single file on narrow or busy roads and when riding round bends
