Great idea, i did the same with CDs and DVDs a few years back and whilst you don't get much for them, you're safe in the knowledge someone else has to deal with them in the mean time.I saw an advert for this company last week - Ziffit. Get money for books, CDs, DVDs and games, and if you download their app you can scan the barcode on each book to see what price you'd get.
I've never used them, but it looks interesting,
Nowadys most charity shops seem to pulp anything that isn't a "best seller" or a coffee table book. I'd suggest talking to a book seller - there is a new place opened up at Wolsey Bridge - the chap there seem to know his business.
I need to warn you now that there are no pictures. If she has Kenneths Graham's Poldark I'd buy it? Genuinely!! or if anyone else has an old copy?
Other than that I don't advise the carboot, books aren't big sellers on there. I'd spread them out in the charity book banks a tthe tip. Easy and quick
I need to warn you now that there are no pictures.
What happened with these??
Nothing yet unfortunately.
Hedgehog.nah, that's fine. I'm just looking for an original type Hardback copy of the first few Poldark novels, the Bodley Head ones ideally, but just not the paberbacks with TV tie in!!!
I have the DVD's to swoon over Aidan Turners body
