Yes, all sorted - i had a devil of a time getting hold of them, mind.

I've also had some thoughts about how better to warm your pants up that i'm 100% sure you'll be on board with

Call me.

Made me smile.

Beat me to it. There'll be thermals on radiators all over Stafford tonight.

Found that in an emergency supermarket fruit & veg bags make OK doggy poo bags, for small firm poos. Not so fine for large sloppy ones as they have vent holes in them.

LICHFIELD, England – In a radio interview this morning, Hollywood actor Bill Murray took a few moments to praise Lichfield, England residents after they had helped him when his rental car encountered some mechanical problems as he was passing through the city recently:

“We were just leaving Lichfield, England when our rental car began to overheat so I pulled over to the side of the road and was just about to call the car company when I noticed there were a couple of cars pulling up behind me. They got out and asked if I needed any help and I told them that I was just about to call the rental car company. Then one of them says that he has a brother who owns a tow truck and a few minutes later it was there and they towed it in to get fixed.

So now we’re talking and I’m telling them that I’m just passing through the area and they offer to take me in to get lunch while my car is getting fixed and I’m thinking, ‘Sure, what the hell.’ So we drove to what is probably the finest dining spot in all of Lichfield – some place called The Horse and Jockey, I think it was. They’ve got some really great food there.

And these guys had no idea who I was which, honestly, just made my day. I’m telling you, these people in Lichfield are the real deal. If I ever retire, I’m moving there!” Murray said with a laugh.

Murray added later, “You have to understand, this is something that would have never happened in L.A.! So yeah… that’s my story about Lichfield, England. It’s really good to know that there are still places like this in America.”

I finally have my hospital appointment this afternoon. At this point I'm quite desperate and not above crying and begging them to help me. Cross your fingers for me.

Well, might have been worth the splat on the head to get a bit of luck...after a month of completely no EE signal at home, finally got through to someone with a bit of sense on the phone who realised I needed to be reconnected to a working mast and did her bit at their end. (Getting through to redemptions with the threat of leaving may have helped;))

Then got lucky with a helpful bloke in the EE shop in town , for a change , who corrected the crap instructions she had texted me and showed me what to do back home .

So excited..just actually had a call get through to me in the house

Had a nice chat on the doorstep with one of the election candidates. Didn't talk about politics at all , but a good old natter about everything except anything local or to do with voting :D

I ended up crying and begging, they have reluctantly put me on the list. I'm truly desperate and can't wait 12-18months while they faff me around with weight loss programmes. I'm willing to try while I'm on the list but i'm unsure how much less I can eat. I've had nothing now for the past 30hrs. Which part of it hurts to eat so I try not to unless I can't avoid it any longer didn't they get. :(
