I heard this, when i was in The Kitchen.

Ooh Mr D'Arcy we've been so busy polishing the silver and preparing the dinner for mistress Darcy's coming out tonight my mind's all of a tittermangle.

Just walked past the 'former' Living Room on the way back from the station. Two vans parked outside & a few guys milling around. I assume they were collecting what was rightfully theirs. Also some notices taped to the windows & doors, didn't have chance to see what is on them.

Probably advertising the latest fake white sands group restaurant.

On that note glad to see the website is still down, maybe someone did read my mates comment after all and did some digging that worried them.

Didn't say Core Consult are dodgy. Just doesn't sit right that they appear to be key holders based so far away from the site. Also seems an odd role and outside of their normal remit.

Speaking as one who is easily taken in by corporate gobbledegook, I felt reassured by a line on CORE CONSULT’s ‘About’ page that reads : ”CORE CONSULT delivers holistic solutions to Corporate Occupiers for their Real Estate needs”

Having said that Core Consult's services appear to be tenant focused.
