@Jonah this website HERE is selling the Phantom 3 Standard at £369.99 with free delivery. I'm getting extremely tempted to get the credit card out myself.

It's just been delivered...

Gone for the Mavic

i can point you in the right direction for a couple of things you will find helpful .

1. a charger that will do all 3 batteries at the same time not one by one
2. leg extenders because of the mavics low stance it can get caught in grass.
3. a flight mat ( can be used instead of the leg extensions.
4. Mavic camera ND filters. ( very useful in bright light to bring your shutter speed right down when shooting video )

shout me via pm if you need assistance with anything or require links to the above items.

....also , you have 48 hours to buy the DJI refresh insurance once the craft has been registered and activated. worth it in my opinion.

Also , although its not stated on their webpage , www.photoguard.co.uk can cover the Mavic for accidental damage but easier to phone them .
For liability insurance for hobby use , theres www.bmfa.org or www.fpvuk.org

I'd personally prefer option 3 over option 2, although I prefer to hand capture my drones anyway. Zero change of a last minute wind gust and topple over upon landing then. Really easy to do with the Phantoms, but not sure what the mavic is like to hand capture.
