I found this recipe (among others of course). The site I used is www.Yummly.co
Minty Gin Ricky
Ingredients
Directions
- 1/2 lime cut into 4 wedges
- small handful of fresh mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons gin
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Club soda
- Put the lime wedges in a highball glass and use a muddler to crush the limes.
- Add the mint leaves and gently muddle again. You want to lightly bruise the mint, but you don't want to tear it into little bits.
- Fill the glass with ice and then pour in the gin and lime juice. Top it off with club soda. Give it a stir to combine and then garnish with a sprig of mint.
I have that glass!
I love citrus - so no such thing as too much lime in my house!
Ok, I may have underdone the gin, mint, soda & ice....
Its a Gin Mojito! I told you already on page 1!!!!This cocktail needs a new snappy name....
Any suggestion?

So I'm really drunk okay ...
I had a great night out with a friend tonight we went to pizza express (after the demise of Pastiche)
Then to the old gun shop ( what is it called now??)
Friend ordered a gin and tonic (easy for a gin bar - £6 ouch )
I asked for a gin, lime and mint with a bit of soda (amazing drink I'd had the week before in Manchester)
Aparantly this complicated mixture cannot be done in Stafford - the bar man was really rude and defensive.
He didn't suggest any delicious alternatives just argued that my drink was unreasonable. This was the bar manager.
I implored that he should get his head outo his arse. But he.didn't listen.

Apart from that I had the best night ever xxxxxxxx
It looks like a nice drink but I'm not to keen on vegetation in my drinks. Do you think it would work with a polo in it? Or maybe a Trebor extra strong mint?
Sausage Martini? It looks like a nice drink but I'm not to keen on vegetation in my drinks.
How about Breathalyser? (like a minty mouthwash kinda thing).Yeah but I wana cooler name!
