I have no idea! Thankfully @Wormella doesBon Marche was where Greenwoods (still) is?
Where the halloween shop is used to be the Woolwich Building Society - years ago - can't remember what has been there since. I still have the "Staff have no access to the safe" sign from the skip when it was gutted after they went.
Stock being stacked on the shelves in the Toys R Us at Queens - the old Brantano shop.
This seems to be near to opening day. It's opposite Verso lounge. Not my cup of tea personally but it's nice to see new places opening.

I think people are using their time in town differently - online for shopping and town for socialising (and not having to drink)
It's moving to the Hough so not actually closing as it will actually gave larger premises.I am not sure this is the case in Stafford. A closure of a Starbucks branch is a pretty rare thing nationally.
I do think it's fairly unlikely that I'd use it when it moves to the hough tbh, there's more chance me heading over to the train station n having one there. Saying that, in the past year I've probably used Caffe Nero and Costa more anyway, so won't be a massive loss to me.It's moving to the Hough so not actually closing as it will actually gave larger premises.
I'm glad it's going as it's overpriced crap and, in my opinion, the least friendly of all the coffee shops. Will give a little breathing space to our local independents.
Still not tried that. May have the opportunity to later this morning. And there's all the greats little independents that do coffee too support. Bee and Bean on Mill Street is nice.

There's certainly a few deserts to go at, and they're big:If the supposed café culture is so strong in Stafford town centre, a very successful national chain would be staying in the town centre.
Only time will tell whether Stafford will eat enough deserts.

It’s not moving. The current Starbucks is operated by Starbucks, the new drive-through model is to be a franchise model.
I like Starbucks, regardless of how they manage thier taxes - I like their coffee, I like being able to get what I want wherever I am in the country/world and I love a pumpkin spice late.
The store in Stafford is always busy, a friend of my girlfriend works there and the staff are to be made redundant. The greed of the property owner is a great problem, one that is common in all town centres.[/QUO
Exactamundo! Middle-mini-me works there & is to be made redundant. It’s not moving. The current Starbucks is operated by Starbucks, the new drive-through model is to be a franchise model.

Well as an observer, not privy to the internal workings of the company, it's moving. It’s not moving. The current Starbucks is operated by Starbucks, the new drive-through model is to be a franchise model.
