Watching the sparking as the trains go by?Vague sign by the phone box saying that there is some sort of fireworks-related event at the Spittal Brook on Saturday the 4th.
Kids on the corner of the street that were sparking clogs.Watching the sparking as the trains go by?
And they say kids didn't know how to have a good time in the old days.Kids on the corner of the street that were sparking clogs.

'Giant' fire-pit and live music - no mention of pyrotechnics.Vague sign by the phone box saying that there is some sort of fireworks-related event at the Spittal Brook on Saturday the 4th.
We always hold our display on a Sunday night, mainly as we need time during the day when it's daylight to setup and prepare, Mon-Fri everyone is at work and on Saturday everyone is playing hockey. The fireworks usually start around 7pm so it's not too late for the little ones with school the next day to stay upA question for all the people smarter than me (form a long and orderly queue please, this is Britain after all). When 5th Nov falls mid week, no-one feels obliged to stage a display on Tue 5th or Wed 5th or Thurs 5th (OK, apart from maybe MoD)... because after all people and kids have got work and school the next morning so it's far more sensible to have your fireworks on the closest Friday or Saturday innit. So why exactly does that very sensible approach break down when it's Sun 5th? Bravo to the displays on Sun 5th - you won't be seeing me or Firstborn.
Scouts Bonfire on Penkridge Market normally has a bonfire. On tonight. Is anywhere having a proper bonfire?
The Shugborough one has ended and been replaced by the Showground event. Is there one at milford? Heard there was but all searches are bringing up the county showground?
I heard that, but I've been told there is one on milford common tonight. Wondering if they were googling the wrong milford! The Shugborough one has ended and been replaced by the Showground event.
