Stafford shops opening - Turning into a boom town?

Enjoying a drop of red.
They were in there today late afternoon doing things....I dont go down Mill Street much anymore so hadnt seen the happenings.
They must have pots of money to pay the lease on a building they've done the square root of bugger all in for months.

Yet another no business plan, no idea, no hope merchant in the catering trade. Though I do hope I'm wrong.

Surprised to drive past eco motors on the island tonight and find they've closes down. After car shopping their last year I'm surprised they have lasted as long as they have. Cars have always been over priced and from what I heard aftersales was non existent

The landlord wanted the island sales area back so Dibba has moved all his cars to his other sales site.

Yes, they open in May. I think it will be located next to JD sports in the new Riverside development.

They are a very progressive hair group and have their own academy in Wolverhampton

Spouting nonsense since the day I learned to talk
But it is one car dealer replaced with another so essentially there is no change.

If Eco Motors had moved to another place in town - the old Nissan dealership for example - then it would have been a benefit to the town.

Not sure of your point. You seemed to be concerned with the loss of eco motors claiming a loss to the town.

But it is being replaced for a like for like and probably better. So there is certainly no loss in the grand scheme of things. Not sure what the nissan site has to do with it ??

Was actually speaking to one of the managers of M&S the other week saying the unit will be ideal size for a salon of some sort
