This is probably going to embarrass me, but I'm guessing "Planes, Trains and Automobiles". ETA Not too embarrassing .... at least it was Chicago.

Not Planes Trains and Automobiles but a good guess. It is from the original Blues Brothers.

I will take a look at the 2001 quote, I remember it as David Bowman's last words as he entered the monolith.
I bought the film on Blu-ray a few years ago so a good excuse to watch it again :)
