Bugger all use though if you really needed a dozen eggs for some emergency baking or omletting. This is where I get mine, I got the last half dozen this morning.
On Easter Sunday I bought 2 boxes and when I got home and opened them, in each box were 5 normal eggs and a Cadbury’s creme egg.
Clever clever chickens!!

I was actually baking 3 cakes and needed a dozen eggs. It was such a nice gesture though and the owners of the chickens are friends of mine.
I just made 2 cakes that day and enjoyed the chocolate, which to be honest wasn’t a huge inconvenience
