Butter Knife Café, Lichfield Road.

Enjoying a drop of red.
Hardly a surprise. Anyone who pays anywhere near the asking price for that place will need their head looking at.

Frankly, it's not the right location for a cafe and hasn't been for over a decade.

The Guildhall Food Court would be an excellent location for it. I’m sure they’ll sort that any day now. :shifty:

Still think there’s a good cafe and delivery opportunity in the tech park. Only competition is Tasty Pantry, the McGreggor’s Van and the Anson Court Cafe. The former is not terribly difficult to undercut from what I’ve heard, and you do run the very real risk of running into our favourite boy in blue Lefroy at the latter. :D There’s a lot of folk that would pay not to have to deal with that lunch rush on the road though.

Anson Court Cafe is truly dire. You'd be better off going to the Knot & Plough and that's pretty shit really.

Huh, everyone else I’ve spoken to says it’s quite nice in there. Then again the previous tenants of my unit seemed to have lived off Mugshots going by what they left in the cupboards
