You'll be lucky. They've got a backlog of freeish flowing roads they need to cause havoc on before they deal with trivia like drains.

250,000th poster!
I contacted them about the leaves at the bases of the Lime Trees a couple of weeks ago, they make it impossible to see down the road when turning into it & the street urchins like to jump out unexpectly from them. Their reply was that it wasnt of importance. They must be hard up as its usually done way before now.
