The only reason the road causes
vehicles to plow into the guard rails...
is because drivers are hurtling around the roundabout with too much velocity, probably influenced by drink or drugs. I've seen the rails mangled generally 1st thing in the morning which makes this assumption more plausible. I don't think laying some non slip Tarmac will do anything and I wouldn't say the road is extremely worn at all.

Will a high friction Road surface reduce late night accidents or just allow late night drivers to drive faster.
I'll let you know

The numerous accidents are mostly nothing to do with the potholes on the roundabout that the CC has ignored for decades. Where is 'Greyfriers', anyway?

Greyfriars is the row of shops opposite the old KFC on the A34, and the mostly derelict buildings opposite. Greyfriars Retail Park is where Dunelm is.....

I can confirm that the roundabout road surface is not "extremely worn" at all. I drove around it this morning and couldn't see anything wrong with it. "Extremely worn" would be classed as scraping your exhaust against the road and damaging your suspension due to the uneven surface, with grass growing through the tarmac.

Was it 3 traffic that caused the partial demolition of the premises opposite the petrol station on Gaol Road?........

No that's a cunning plan by Highways to be able to put up a set of temporary traffic lights (to aid traffic flow and benefit the community) on the only remaining exit north.

Armageddon will surely follow...

A5013 northbound at greyfriers closed from tomorrow for 3 weeks. Stone Road looks to be staying open for the time being. Even so signs have gone up all over Stafford warning of delays.

Careful driving over the bridges in Baswich. The bridge by Baswich farm has been struck by a car and has caused a huge amount damage - could be another closure soon ?

Is Stafford under siege?
Yes, they're slowly closing off all the entrances/exits to the town.
Then, 1 by 1, people will be disposed of, quickly and cleanly, leaving no trace. It's called Natural Selection of the Species.
It will start with all the knobs that drive thru at either 10mph or 80 mph. The ones that don't know what an indicator on a car is for.
Followed by the less brainy of the town. I'm gone in the 2nd stage, so it's up to the rest of you to fight for your own survival.

No worries, we still have the doxey escape route (as long as marwood and his homies dont close the road through the ghetto)
