Pub quiz fundraiser for CCPA

To celebrate volunteers week we will be holding a pub quiz after our regular meeting on 6th June. The meeting will be from 7pm - 8pm and the quiz will start at 8.30pm at The Bird in Hand, Stafford. Please feel free to join us for our meeting beforehand to meet our amazing volunteers. The quiz will cost £5 for teams of up to four people and there are some fab prizes up for grabs for the winning teams. There will be a sandwich and chips supper (in exchange for donations!) and a raffle. Please come along for what promises to be a really fun evening to raise money for a great charity.

Thanks to you all for coming along to support our event and sorry for the mix up with the rooms due to the football being shown but I think it went really well. Congrats to Jimmy's army for winning the quiz and thanks so much for donating the prize to be auctioned off. We raised an amazing £255.39

It was mentioned last night that we should be more specific on the roles available as a volunteer for the charity. I have made a poster and we have registration forms if anyone is interested. There are lots of ways you could help so the poster is really just an overview. Lots of people come up with their own fundraising ideas and create a just giving page. We're always open to more suggestions of ways to raise money!
