I see the forum has been very active in the last 24 hours.
... although I do sense irritation in some quarters.

Either way , it's very entertaining and with the weather being crap over the next few days it's fine by me.

I have to say the last 24 hours on Stafford forum have been absolutely bonkers.

Cows Have Strange Sixth Sense. Researchers used Google Earth to find that cows tended to face north-south along the Earth's magnetic field lines while grazing or resting. Research has shown that wind and sunlight can cause herd animals such as cows to change their alignment, in these conditions, becoming unpredictable and manic.

This is my life I'm afraid you either love me or hate me ... I am like marmite. Having said that my hubby says I am one the most kindest person he has ever known and I would help anyone who is in trouble or needs a friend to lean on.
People who say you have to love me or hate me. Can't I just be indifferent. Those emotions are at the extreme end. I am going for bored indifference.

Enjoying a drop of red.
Well I must say, things have taken a dramatic turn for the better on here. Normally I log on here in the morning and it's just a few angry, incoherent rants from TrotskyTilly who obviously couldn't sleep in the night.

Today there's quality content, and lots of it, to enjoy over a fresh croissant and a bucket of coffee.

Loving this!

I can confirm this. I've spent many an hour in a field with some cows, a compass and a magnetometer. I'd have gone out today, but the cows are having some kind of a punch up due to the weather, also my magnetic cow spotter anorak is in the wash. :quagmire:

Today I go to Poole. I know little about the place but as we have done just about everything this week between Peppa Pig World and Devon, Poole is the only outstanding place. We return to the motherland tomorrow.

Studland beach and the ferry across to Sandbanks are worth a visit.

Also Swanage and Corfe castle are lovely if you're going a little further South today.
