Seemed to be a serious RTA on Ecce Rd by care homes at about 10:30pm. One lane and pavement blocked and cars all over the place.

One of the cars still sitting there this morning, half on the pavement with a back wheel hanging off. Maybe it's a council art installation.

Mmm, it's still there now.

The Brooklands car park can be difficult to exit, it's not of sufficient capacity and there's almost always parked cars on Eccleshall Road, blocking your vision in both directions.

It has plenty of capacity, the planning application (14/21101/FUL) said so and Stafford Borough Council agreed.

Found in SBC doc:

In relation to the 26 parking spaces shown, TPSB requires 1 space per unit for apartments
plus 1 space per 4 units for visitors, which would total 64 spaces.

Also...

There would be in excess of 9m from the building to the front boundary...

Who needs planners?
