1962. No colour TV, no mobile phones, no video recorders, no personal computers (although there were mainframes with about a tenth or less of the power of a PC,) clearly no Internet, flat screens ? HAH HAH, only if they'd been run over by a steam roller, washing machines with an electric mangle on top, a vacuum cleaner about the size of a naval cannon, some small radios had SEVEN transistors in them …. SEVEN !!
