Shed roof repair wanted

We’ve got a tiny shed which has a small leak in the roof.
Can anyone recommend someone that can either fix it or replace the felt on the roof please?

it’s probably a small job but husband isn’t very handy when it comes to DIY.

Get the oldest/cheapest paintbrush and put him in some really old clothes...

Or send him out in his birthday suit. If memory serves me correct, he has rather a nice bum.............

To be fair to him, it's very difficult stuff to remove from skin - he would need a really vigorous rub-down afterwards.

I don't know why but I have this image in my mind of a chap balancing precariously on a dodgy ladder, painting the roof of the shed wearing coat and tails.
