Were 'your' fireworks even at the right time?

'Mine' were at midnight, an hour late.

I would be fairly confident that half their flags were upside down, too.

I watched them folding the flag in Brussels and thought "I bet they weren't in the Boy Scouts."

Our fireworks (on Saxon Fields it sounded like) went off a couple of minutes after 11:00.

Didn't bother watching any of it. Seemed to me like the very opposite of bringing down the Berlin Wall a few decades back, history folding back on itself like some kind of mad Mobius Loop. Watched a couple of episodes of 'Better Call Saul' instead. You can only take so much insanity.

Also had people relatively close by setting fireworks at midnight as well. Could be the same as yours if you are in the country.

I only heard one lot, sounded to be in the central Oxford Gardens / Coton Fields area, so you would have been 'in theatre' for those, anyway.

No I'm just starting from the beginning, so a lot to view. But I understand the new series is appearing this month. I think I'll watch it through as there are a few familiar characters from 'Breaking Bad.' Takes my mind off the 'Little England' mentality all around … the irony being that they have just made Britain, including England, even smaller.
