What's for dinner/tea?

We’ve had the same meal twice in a row, last night and tonight sitting outside in the Breeze House.

Salmon fillets wrapped in foil and cooked in the oven for 20 mins.
Jersey Royal potatoes.
Massive salad.
Bottle of Summer Rose wine.

We love salad, we love fish, we love sitting outside.

Tonights tea consisted of Chicken curry & egg fried rice, courtesy of Essence of the Orient. Followed by a very large bown of Rasyberry Ripple ice cream, courtesy of Sainsburys.
Wish we had had that, I was lazy & *killed tea yet again, beef burgers in brioche buns, onion rings, breaded garlic mushrooms & mozzarella sticks.

What's the point of Mozzerella? It's tasteless. 3rd on my list of hated foods after sweet potato & brussel sprouts.

Coffee ice cream & salted caramel sauce later.

*When I say killed, I mean ruined...

I've had enough of being Mother Earth, told him yesterday we were having Chinese, he asked for chippy instead. I won.
Wasn't Mother Earth again tonight, went the Windmill chippy, battered sausage and chips and small tub curry sauce for him, normal sausage and chips for me. Did two slices of bread and butter for me at home, all washed down with a pint of tea. Perfick.

Gammon. Bargain buy from Sainsburys other evening, found it in the reduced section.
Slowly roasted, till it didn't squeal no more. Sliced/broken up/ fell apart.
Youngest fancied his with rice, I just thickly buttered some white bread and had mesen a couple of butties. The meat was still nice and hot and melted the butter.
Very very nom nom .
