What's for dinner/tea?

So for tonight's tea I made Greek Chicken Gyros. Marinated the chicken in garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, dried oregano and Greek yogurt. Then cook on a griddle or in a hot pan.
I also made flatbreads and a Greek salad with an olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mint dressing and home made Tzaziki dip.View attachment 8788
Looks great. Healthy too.

Red Thai Chicken Curry, using red Thai paste and coconut milk (you can tell I'm cooking after a 5.30am get up for work) I added onions, baby corn and mangtout, and we had this with plain rice.

I never can find a authentic Thai side dish, any suggestions?

I half-heard a bit on the radio today about some sort of recipe.

I swear that the chap said that one of the ingredients was defecated coconut.

BBQ. Wrong night for it but nice to have a socially distant evening with a few friends. Thank goodness for our carport that can't store any cars to keep us dry.

I didn't have a party. I just had some friends in the garden.

I think theirs started with a few friends in the garden , 2 hours and many beers later it sounded like a rave party.

I was gonna gate crash but I was too fat to climb over the hedge :P

In my drunken slumber I actually drempt about a full English!

My brain has actually put together a list of things I needed to pick up in preparation!

I recently discovered potato waffles were vegan and so haven't looked back since!

They really complete a full English!
