Well, we have some Hoisin Duck Burgers from M&S for tea, along with Salad.

Not heard of them before so they must be part of the new summer range.

I can't decide if they sound delicious or horrific.

They were actually very nice...

I did not eat 2 burgers, that's 1 and a half burgers on sesame oil toasted onion brioche bap (batch), with Hoisin mushrooms, and a salad that mrlittleme swamped in ceasar dressing*... I'm never letting him put the dressing on again.

*I prefer French dressing, but I got my tea cooked for me so I can't complain.

Chips from McDonalds.

They were half empty and cold - very disappointed!

Need to go shopping today - no food in and have just eaten crap recently!

Cider.

Really need to get my shit together!

I've been so torn up about the offer we made on the house I really haven't had any appetite or been looking after myself.

After cooking a gorgeous Sunday Roast Chicken Dinner on Sunday our week was thus.

I don’t waste anything, at all, ever.

Sunday, chicken dinner. The works, Roast and all the veg.

Monday.
Chicken dinner pie ( basically put left over chicken, new potatoes, all left over vegetables and chicken gravy into a pot and covered it with puff pastry.

That did us two nights.

Wednesday Delias Chicken and mustard mushroom stroganoff with rice.
Thursday as above

Friday husband wanted my Chinese Chicken with stir fried vegetables and noodles.

Tonight, I’ve absolutely refused chicken, we’ve had prawns and salad.

Chicken stir fry.

Lots of low calorie meals this week, as our naughty lockdown diet has caught up with us... I bought some scales today after us both moaning that we must of put on at least a stone during lockdown, thecarer has put on half a stone, but strangely I've only put on 2 pounds - that doesn't explain why my waistband is so tight and my bras no longer fit. :ohno::roll:
