Cheat meal for us tonight.

Chicken, onion and peppers fried in a pan with Sainsburys Fajita seasoning.

Popped it into Old El Paso Soft Tortilla Boats.

Sour cream on the side, loaded with micro chopped lettuce and cucumber.

Took about 15 minutes start to finish. Surprisingly filling and tasty.

One of my emergency stand-bys is "crumpet pizza" - sometimes with additional Marmite.

What is a pizza on a wrap?

It surely can’t be a pizza on a wrap?

Double Carbohydrates?

Seriously @Lucy , you need to explain and send photos!
I didn't take any photos.

You use a tortilla wrap as a pizza base. Tastes brilliant and so much better for you.

I’m going to do that tomorrow.
Never thought of putting anything on a crumpet other than butter.

I’m a crumpet muppet, obviously.
It's a very efficient 'half meal' - quite adequate to keep you going for a few hours and capable of being created quickly and with little residual mess.

The holes seems to accept a fair volume of cheese, too.

Wednesday was my weekly Lidl run - I should have looked for a pack - I'm not sure if they have them on the western island...

I used a multi-grain granary loaf for the creation just now.

Ah, ok, so it’s a tortilla not a pizza.

I was confused because I thought that you were putting a normal pizza on top of a tortilla, hence the confusion.

Not even marmite?!

No, although after reading @Gramaisc post, I’ve just got a crumpet from the freezer, Cooked it with cheese and marmite.
It was not something that I’d repeat, but each to their own.
