Preprepared Mushroom Steaks with Lentils, Smoked Paprika and Garlic Cream and chips tonight as nobody has the energy left to set up the BBQ. Raspberrys picked last night and ice cream to follow. Might open a bottle of red as well.
That sounds amazing.

I'm still impressed that I only put 2lb on over Lockdown, where the carer put on nearly 2 stone! :pie::pie::pie::pie::pie:
You weren't locked down, you still had go work.
The carer is the one that stayed at home, with the fridge, all day long........................

We were going to have pasta, but it's just too hot, so instead we've had the carers "special sandwiches".

It's just grated mature cheddar, grated carrot & finely sliced onion, mixed together with salad cream, & dolloped on Tiger bread. Bit of pork pie & scotch egg on the side.... Gorgeous, and now I'm as full as anything!

Chicken korma and white rice. After my meat buying exploits in Lidl, we have enough chook feed the five thousand.
Tomorrows tea is Sweet n sour chicken. After that I will probably be sick of chicken for a while, so it's beans on toast.
