Enjoying a drop of red.
Car wouldn't start again this morning. Turned out to be a loose connection this time. At least it happened on the campsite so didn't draw a crowd unlike yesterday.

I made this fella for my friend's daughter's birthday. The Irn-Bru can is for scale. Fingers crossed she likes it :).

Thank you, do I win a prize?
You defiantly get a prize for making me laugh out loud!

I would have been horrified at finding it.

I spent ages once looking for a baby bird that I could hear chirruping in the flowers, it turned out to be a huge frog that was most upset at being disturbed & lept at my face in protest. I'm forever traumatised by wildlife.

Today I machine washed, then tumble dryed, a tube of sun lotion along with the dark wash.

I've re washed it all but it hasn't got the sun lotion out, anyone have any ideas on what would remove it? It's covered the whole load of washing.

Wash them four times and mix in the following in sequence for each wash. Tomato Ketchup, Mustard, Bournville Cocoa, Soy Sauce,

It wont remove the sun lotion stain, but you'll have a nice set of camouflage clobber to wear at events where you don't want to be seen. :teef:
That's not really very helpful, is it?:roll:

Seems that poor kids got downgraded, rich kids got way better than expected. What a wonderfully fair system we live in, if we had oil we'd have been liberated by now :grr:
The irony of the entire affair is, of course, that 'rich kids' get 'way better' every year. This year we're talking about it as if it's some sort of outlier.

Spoiler alert ...

Hubby, not believing that my previous successful lockdown barbers skills were just a fluke , insisted that I performed the same miracles again today....
Result....."Needs blending in properly now! " I wanted to leave the rescue attempts to son to perform when he comes home on friday , but no.."It's easy ! Just do it like the barbers do it and blend it in properly !!!"

Hoping son can perform miracles on the uneven mess now , before we go on holiday

Good resemblance !

Bit of a panic stations with a phone call from Francescos just, about my first much needed post lockdown appointment this week .
Thought they were about to cancel , but just ringing to say new government rules means colour skin test every time needed now even if within their previous time limit.
Phew! Thought we were about to celebrate hubbys birthday and upcoming hols with my wonky fringe and greying hair as well as hubbys disasterous new hair do
