Pizza..........
Posh cheese on toast.
Pizza.......
Greasy, doughy, stringy, always burns the roof of your mouth/chin/lips

Don't get me wrong, I love all of the toppings on a pizza (except mozzarella), but not together.... And not that doughy soggy base - vile.

The ONLY nice pizza, is home made French Bread Pizza. (Or cheese on toast).

Thai Red curry, I found a new paste, hopefully this is hotter than the Red Dragon sauce I've been using. I've never found one to match the lovely flavour of the one I found in lidl a few years ago, a huge pot that lasted ages, and they've never had it back in stick since...

Home made lamb and okra rogan josh tonight. Called in to the Everest shop on Tedder Road for okra. So much better than the supermarket offerings, if they have it.
Whilst in there I spotted the large garlic naan breads so picked up a pack of three.
Absolutely bangin' naans, highly recommended. IMO this shop should be supported, an asset to the town.
Only just saw this, is it the old RAF shop (think a londis for a while or something like that?)

Back to school tomorrow, so glad to have routine again!

Pie for tea tonight, husband requested roast potatoes rather than mash which was a nice swap (plus an opportunity to squeeze in more vege - roasted parsnips and carrots!)

Even made spag bol for tea tomorrow while everything was in the oven!

I expect this level of organisation to last about two days!

Spag bol (so organized!) My only moan is the husband made WAY too much spaghetti!

This is what happens when I leave him in charge - carb central every time! You'd think I starve the poor man!
I brought weighed out portions of pasta and rice away with us for exactly that reason.

It is feasible to use unskilled workers to accomplish technically challenging tasks, if you have strong procedures in place and adequate supervision.

Enjoying a drop of red.
Thanks to @littleme's inspiration yesterday we're having egg and chips baps today, with added bacon. Mrs p not back from work 'till late tonight so we're making the most of it.

For desert raspberries from the garden with Chantilly cream.

I'm also testing out my new corkscrew, so some wine will have to be consumed.
