Never done vegan meringue before so we shall see how that goes...
Vegan meringue is made with at least 2 carnivores.Sounds interesting, how many vegans do you need to put in to make a vegan meringue then?
That sounds good!I did romanoff potatoes ... Google it.
A bit fiddly but very tasty and something a bit different.
Served them with pork loin and processed peas.
Toad in the hole, horseradish mash & cabbage.
You just need a sense of adventure. So, the carer thinks that if you've run out of Plain flour, you can use self raising flour to make toad in the hole.
It ended up as a Sausage Cake. With cabbage stalks (not sure where the actual cabbage went).
The mash was nice.
The carer is demoted back to Curry only cook.
Bet you didn'tAlthough, I did think twice before clicking a 'lovepork' website link...
Takeaway ... Chinese, Indian?Takeaway, a lot of gin, and a lie-in. Bliss.
Chinese, Bombay London, and 9am would be amazing....Takeaway ... Chinese, Indian?
Gin ... enjoy!
Lie-in ... lucky you.
When we came back from Cyprus, we were put back a week at the last moment - well, the day before.Eating crap recently as house moving is stressful and the chippy always seems to be the best option!
I now have 2 1/2 weeks to move out of my house and put everything into storage - so operation 'clean out the cupboards' is on!
I've already made a good dent on the freezer (except the husband came home with 8 chicken breasts - you can guess what he's having for tea most nights!)
Tea tonight was lentil sausage stew (to use up the veggie sausages) and the rest of the week is a real odd assortment!
When we came back from Cyprus, we were put back a week at the last moment - well, the day before.
Everything that was ours was packed and gone by then - everything that belonged to the house was cleaned and in place for the inspection, so undoing that was to be as avoided as possible.
Every meal for the eight more days that we were there was a barbecue.
