What are we watching on TV?

Anyone else watching The Bridge? (The reality show on Chanel 4, not the Scandinavian series that was on a while back).

It’s interesting to watch the game playing and how they are all starting to turn on each other.

I watched the first episode, but got cross at the first boy & girl arguing over if they should keep the money or tell everyone. Not watched it since. Shame as I love reality/big brother type programmes.

Well, that's the second episode of Whoops Apocalypse over...

It's meant to be a surreal comedy and features a US president who's an idiot in the hands of religious maniacs. a UK prime minister who thinks he's omnipotent, but is an idiot, Russians who are dangerous maniacs, a Middle East situation that is out of the control of those trying to exploit it and a worldwide threat to life.

Forty years old, but it's like watching the news.
Another great actor lost today:

Mindhunter.

The carer is finally enjoying it after moaning 'not another murder series', and spent most of last night telling me to shhhushhh through it.

The best 3 minutes of television this week, or possibly even the whole year, was tonight watching the gogglebox families watching Jacqui Smith on Strictly Come Dancing.

I’ve just laughed until my sides ached.

Binge watched Safe on Netflix last night finished at 01:55.
Can't get on with Harlen Coben's books but really got into this.

We’re binge watching Sanditon which we recorded over a year ago but only just started watching.
I do love a good period drama and thoroughly enjoying this one.

Watched 'Berlin 1945' shown over the last three nights on BBC4.

Hard on the stomach and hard on the heart. Not so distant history that makes me wonder about my parent's generation across Europe (and much of the rest of the world) and how they got through it.

It doesn't pull any punches. :(

Watched the concluding part of the Scandinavian series 'DNA' which has aired on BBC4 the last few Saturday nights.

Went into some dark territory, both criminally and emotionally. Top class television.
