Recycling changes...

The stuff on SBCs site does say an 'in-cab computer' so they won't be consulting a list, the computer will just tell them which houses to stop at. I think it will be difficult to swizz if people think for £36 it's worth nicking someone's label.
I admire your confidence in the council's IT capabilities.

My green bin wasn't collected yesterday - I presume snow made the road tricky.
Is this likely to happen in the thaw? Or is that it until next collection day?
Nothing on SBC site.

They managed to empty a few before being called back to the depot. I think that'll be it till next collection day. You could always try ringing them?

So here we are. In Tier 4 if a service is open you can travel to that service. Does anyone know if the tip is open?

Thanks I did do that and its the same aside from the banner pre Tier 4. My hope is nothing has changed, speaking to someone yesterday who worked there, they didn’t know at 4pm.

It’s open today until 3.00pm.
Closed tomorrow.

Does anyone know of any fabric recycling facilities in Stone / Stafford? I've got a single large old curtain which is well past its prime.
