Glad it went well.
Did you try any of the speciality restaurants?
We did and we booked several before we went.
Epicurean 3 times, Sindhu once but wished we’d gone more, The Olive Grove twice. We’d booked The Beach House but cancelled it, it felt too much like just eating in the buffet, albeit with white tablecloths . Although other people we spoke to really enjoyed it.
We also booked The Limelight Club and had a lovely meal and entertainment in there.
We didn’t care for the main restaurants much, service a bit slow so only ate there about 3 times in the 2 weeks.
A couple of times we didn’t have time for a proper sit down affair (too much going on that we wanted to see) so we went to the Quays for fish and chips.
@staffordjas I remember that you said that your friend had been on The Iona.
She really is a fabulous ship, we loved her and are looking to go again.
The food, oh my goodness, you really needed so much willpower.
Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner then later the midnight buffet.
