    Amazon Drop-off Asda Living.

Has anybody used the Amazon Drop-off at Asda Living (Queensville)? Think Asda have only just started this and need to send something back to Amazon and that is the closest to me. If you have, is it a separate counter or just the existing pay counters?

Oyster sauce, never thought of that. We use it a lot with (Chinese) vegetables.

    What's for dinner/tea?

Snap for us this evening. Anything unusual in your recipe? I always put nutmeg in the meat mixture and no tomatoes just tomato paste.

    Happy Birthday!

Thank you for my birthday wishes. Had a quiet day, coffee at the golf club (the bar wasn’t open at 10am), lunch at McDonalds and dinner from Thaiway (used to be Arroy Thai) washed down with a San Miguel. Oh, and lots of chocolate.

    What's for dinner/tea?

Use this as a dipping sauce for dim sum, spring rolls, etc. Never use it in cooking, it blows your head off. Has a great taste though.

    What's for dinner/tea?

Fresh tagliatelle bolognaise (not spag bol) with garlic bread pizza. All veges cut up super small so 10 year old can’t pick them out.

    What's for dinner/tea?

Chicken, Leek and Cider Gratin this evening. It is a Rick Stein recipe and it tastes really nice. Served with some broccoli or Chinese greens make it a great wintery dish.

    What's for dinner/tea?

Sausage and mash pie tonight with Chinese greens. Cook sausages in a sauce with tinned tomatoes, onions, garlic, etc. then put mash on top and bake in oven. Similar to cottage pie. Very warming on a day like this.
