We get a lot of frustrated people who call our number hoping to avoid long phone queues at the tax office. I sometimes ask where they saw our number advertised and I also google our number to find it associated with tax like here.

Hi All, just to let you know the number for the tax office on this thread is incorrect. The number 01785 256 222 is for Rake Mark Solutions and we can't help you with tax at all. Thanks, :)
