I haven't admitted anything... In my appeal I advised that all all they've provided is photos of my parked car and the sign about leaving the site... if they have evidence of me leaving then they need to provide it.

So I went on to the UKCPS site, and all the evidence they have is still photos of my car parked up, and the signage. I've appealed stating unless they can provide evidence of me leaving the site, I won't be paying.
