Quite! Is it me or has there been a sudden spate of Staffordian Murders? In the last month-or-so I seem to remember hearing of a murder on Crab Lane, and one on Wildwood.

Well, it would seem from my observations that at least one recent "battle line" between the 'ST16' and the 'ST17' would be the bridge over the old railway line on Stone Road... here ST16 was daubed, then crossed out and replaced with ST17, which was crossed out and replaced with ST16, etc. It's...

I was in Stafford last week for the first time in a year-or-so, whilst driving around the North End of town I noticed a few times graffiti with the maxim "CIRA-the war isn't over" or some suchlike seems to have sprouted up in place of the tiresome and banal "NEC North End Crew" and "ST16 rules...

About 10pm last night, could hear it as far North as Parkside (not clear, it was drums I could make out mostly), and also could see the "search lights". At the time I wondered if I was hearing something closer as it's an awful long way for sound to travel, and being so close to Junction 14 it...

Well there was a story circulating a few years ago that a group of people left some wine out for the binmen on Parkside and the Balfour kids went round, collected it, and had a nice old knees up behind the bike sheds...

I'm away from town as well -- and rather intrigued! :)

If the roadworks on Sandon Road are anything to go by, your small hole in the Milford area will take rather a long time to get filled in.

Anyone else see the Red Arrows pass overhead this afternoon? About 2.30/3.00 I reckon. Where were they performing. It looked like their were two groups. All being well I managed to get some photos as I was out over Doxey Marshes anyway. OJK6.

Has the council cut the number of grounds/parks/gardens staff? There's a couple of places round town that look like the grass needs a good cut and there're piles of Dog shit all over the place...

I did make it up for a few hours, didn't bump into anybody I know... but had a good afternoon! Didn't get rained on either :S

I tried Parkside the other night, it was rank to be honest. I used to frequent Prospect Rd chippy and the one on Stone Road (Northern Lights, I think). They used to be good, I'm not sure what they're like now. Noticed that Parkside chippy has decided to close on Mondays for "Staff Training"...
