Training room required

Hi all , St Leonards RUFC are desperate for a hall or room we can use for for indoor training, The weather is playing havoc with our training nights and with matches being called off our fitness is suffering.
We need nothing more than space to do circuits in, no equipment and minimum heating. We can afford a small charge or supply some labour for a community project.
All local schools and sports centres have been tried and all are full. HELP

Have you thought of asking someone at Beacon Barracks, they have a good gym there, and they have a huge number of hangars which are not being used. I am sure they would be pleased to help a local club.

+1 for spelling it correctly.

When I had an inside man there, back in the RAF days, they used to empty what was the MT building on Within Lane for us once a year and we had a great winter event there.

Could well be worth asking..

Try silkmore primary they hire out but don't have regular groups, so they should be free.

Indoor training always used to be done in the bar, well we always did the “Boat Race” that’s a form of training.

Just a quick and completely irrelevant question but do you know the girl that takes the photos for St Leonards rugby club?
She took my avatar photo!
