Door-to-door LoveFilm / Amazon Scam?

I bet I know which company is sending them round, it'll most probably be a marketing company based in Birmingham. Nearly went for an interview with them, until I did some research and discovered what they were doing.

Yeah, I spotted tw of them on Corportaion street, they also seemed to be getting details from people passing by...

I still can't understand why when there are so many stories of fraud and id theft anyone would hand over their bank details to any stranger with a clipboard/ipad in the street.

They where in suits and they did have official looking bags, if you only gave them a glance you might not be suspicious.

Ask them what company they work for if they do come calling. It won't be lovefilm themselves as I said in earlier post they'll be working for a marketing firm in birmingham that lovefilm uses to promote and sell their service.

I know the gentleman who was described in the initial posting,and yes he does work for amazon/lovefilm.They are canvasing the whole area at the moment.

I've just had a LoveFilm caller at the door - a sparky little lad in the shiniest suit that I've seen for a long time.
