Question: If I bring down a minidisc recorder and a blank minidisc, can it be wired into the sound desk and do a recording for uploading-to-the-internet type things?

Sofa or Steel-Spirit, which one of you is running tonight's do?

I don't think that will be a problem with the mini-disc. There are RCA / line / phono outputs on the amp, so you will just need a stereo phono to mini-jack cable.

It is Steel-Spirit's turn this week. I may pop down briefly, but I am a bit busy at work : (

It's not likely I'll be there, I'm afraid - Blaze Bayley's playing The Rigger that night.
Segue to a swift plug - alternate Wednesdays in The Rigger is the Acoustimass open mike. Come and have a play. Next one tonight (12th September).

Just thought I'd drop by to say hello - I've been lurking around these parts for a while but not really posted. I'm running the jam at Joxers tonight to give steel-spirit a night off so if anyone fancies coming down to have a play, or just hear some great (and some less great) music please do.
