I'll post more info tomorrow, but my friends have a really nice & spacious 2 bed house to let on Castletown, as of mid-July. All mod cons; nice garden; a stone's throw from Sainsbury's/town centre/train station etc.
I'm not sure how much they're after but I do know that the last lot of tenants snapped it up as soon as they clapped eyes on it.
