Sorry for the confusion everyone, basically what I was ment to say,our banquet offers any dish off the menu what so ever, during the week we have our ala carte menu as normal, but for the summer banquet we offer the same menu but a set price.so in the week if u came in an had a starter which costs &4.50 main course &8.95 any rice&2.00 any nan&2.10 and a drink £3.50 it would cost you around £22.00per head, and on a Sunday it will only cost you £9.95 (3course) or £11.95 (5course).an if a few of you came in you could try all of our specialities between you. :)

Thank you for clearing that up - I kind of worked it out after I saw your ad in the paper. It's a bit like Abduls do on a sunday evening - if there are lots of you and you each order something different you get to try a lot of dishes off the menu. It's really good value - we will be coming on Sunday evening to try it out :)

Ah! I thought you got to taste multiple dishes, more like a sampling evening than a regular meal.

Super Idea though.......

It's nice to have a taste of everyone elses meal but if for example there are only two of you, and if for example one of the two of you , the one that isn't me, is not very adventurous and orders chicken korma EVERY TIME, then there s not much tasting to be done.

So a taster menu where you get to try a sample of several meals would be a winner.

Sometimes people don't want to risk something different in case they don't like it, but to try a spoonful of say 5 or 6 dishes would be fab.

Thanks for another great night and making such a fuss over our little lad... he was so made up. Loved the Ceylon with extra Coconut in....(not on menu!) and we really enjoyed the complimentary Aubergine And coconut side! what is that called again? Just lush!

Not long back from another amazing meal. We took advantage of the 5 course summer banquet offer tonight - such good value but far, far more than we could actually eat. the food again was amazing, the service better than anywhere we have ever been. We really can't recommend this place enough - I guarantee if you try it you will go back again.
We've talked many a time about a forum outing but it never seems to come off - so how about a forum night out to Simply bilash? I'm sure the guys would be eager to show us all how good they are and I can't emphasise enough how much I want these guys to succeed. I've never been anywhere where they are so eager to please and are so passionate about their business. We can't let another 'Castle Tavern' business fail - we seem to be all agreed that we need to support local businesses so Stafford forum members lets do all we can to help Simply bilash after all the hard work they have put in they deserve it.

Thank you for coming to the restaurant,I'm glad you enjoyed everything. "Stafford forum night". Sounds perfect too me.for all the people on the forum dine in with us at a set price, everyone that would like to taste all sorts of our specialities on the day we will cater for only forum members with a whole variety of dishes, this will be a try-and-taste rather than a pick-and-choose experience.some of our recipes are only known by our chef,i.e 'caramel &choclate korma' tandoori chamatkar chicken' 'Tina tuna machley an many more. Anyway I hope everyone will discuss this an set a date :)

This is a great idea - a lot of the members have already said they would like to try a taste session so let's sort a date out people :)

I'm up for it depending on the date, mon-wed is best for me. Probably best to give simply bilash the trade midweek too when its usually quieter?

I'd probs be up for it.
How about early doors Mon 12th May as a proposed date before the idea goes cold?

I can do any evening but am going on holiday from 9th to 24th May - If you guys decide to go ahead during that time that's fine though - I'm already a Simply Bilash convert :)

I'm trying Simply Bilash for the first time tonight. Our regular curry haunt is full so we are venturing into the unknown.
